Learn to Crank Socks on a Circular Sock Machine! 
 
Learn to Crank Socks is a day long class where you can learn to make your own hand-crafted wool socks. No knitting skills are needed, as you'll be using a circular sock machine. The class is one on one, giving you the chance to learn the skills and techniques needed to make your own socks. Maybe you own a machine you've never been able to use or you'd like to try it so you can decide whether to invest in a machine. Your instructor is Jim Grant who is an expert in using circular sock machines as well as repairing and rebuilding them.
 
* We are now offering this class remotely.  Using Facetime or any similar app, Jim will teach you as if you were here in our shop.  You will need your own sock machine to take this class but you'll receive a skein of our sock yarn and any follow-up help you might need.  Send us an email if this is something you are interested in learning about.  The cost for a remote learning class is $150 and includes a skein of our sock yarn.
