These wonderful tapestry needlefelting kits are the creation of Neysa Russo of the "The Felting Studio" located in Corinth Vermont. Each kit comes with everything you need to complete the project. The finished piece can then be framed or made into something like a pillow or bag. Neysa's instructions are very clear and easy to understand and these kits are 100% suited for a complete beginner.
